Carley is a North Carolina native. She originally is from the Lake Norman area, right outside of Charlotte, NC. She moved to Wilmington in 2014 to attend UNCW where she obtained a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development. Upon graduating college, Carley joined the Destination Realty team as the Marketing Director for Salters Haven, the sought after, sold out community in Hampstead, NC. Carley has transitioned what she gained from Salters Haven to full time Real Estate Sales in the Wilmington and surrounding areas. She has taken her marketing expertise and builder and developer relations to the drawing board for her clients and has not looked back since. Carley looks forward to going above and beyond for her clients and community time after time.

Micah Tootoo was born and raised in Wilmington, NC. He was a multi-sport athlete in high school and continued his education at North Carolina State University. After spending nearly 10 years on the west coast, he returned to Wilmington to share his local knowledge and to help clients in their pursuits in finding their dream home or to assist with investment goals. He is an active member in the community and enjoys volunteering with Ocean Cure, a local non-profit that specializes in therapy through surfing. Originally from Fayetteville, NC, Chad Williams had the pleasure of spending summer vacations with family at Carolina Beach. His affection for the coastal region started at an early age when he learned how to surf fish with his grandfather, body surf the crashing waves, ate the occasional Britt's doughnut and played the local golf courses. This affection for the coast made it an easy choice for him when he preferred to move to Wilmington in 1994 after being accepted to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
While attending UNCW, Chad Williams landed a job with United Parcel Service. Upon graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology, he continued his career with UPS for 21 years in Wilmington, NC. His time at UPS has awarded him with attributes that will deliver as your Real Estate Professional; integrity, work ethic, loyalty, customer service, problem solving, communication, along with extensive area knowledge of the region. Operational Management experience has allowed him to work in a fast-paced environment and get the job done.
